Login Security on gamdom

Encrypted connections

Remember me safely

Best practice: Never share your password with anyone. gamdom staff will never ask you for your password via email or chat. If someone asks for your password, report it to our support team immediately.

Login Troubleshooting on gamdom

Double-check that you are typing your username or email and password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are certain your credentials are correct but still cannot log in, your password may have expired. Click "Forgot your password?" to reset it. If reset doesn't work, contact our support team with your username and registered email address.

If you enter your password incorrectly multiple times, gamdom temporarily locks your account for security. Wait at least subject to verification, then try again. If it remains locked, reset your password using "Forgot your password?" or contact our support team for immediate assistance.

You can log in using your email address instead of your username—they both work on gamdom. If you don't remember your email either, contact our support team with your phone number and the name you registered with. We verify your identity and help you recover access.

Your email address has not been verified yet. Check your inbox for a verification email from gamdom. Click the verification link inside it. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you still don't have it, contact our support team and we can resend the verification link.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the problem persists, try a different browser or device. If gamdom is unavailable, our infrastructure team is investigating. Check our status page or contact our support team via email for updates.

Your account may be suspended if we detect activity from a restricted jurisdiction. Alternatively, your account may have been flagged during a routine security review. Contact our support team with your username. We investigate and explain the status. If you believe the restriction is an error, we can discuss account recovery options.
